Description and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include leading or supporting Supply Chain projects across all business units.
Lead or assist in Supply Chain projects as assigned
Maintain productive working relationships with all other functions. Utilize ability to influence and lead without authority.
Accountable for improvement in service, cost, inventory, and other project KPI’s within Supply Chain.
Analyze all elements of the supply chain and make recommendations on improvements in cost, service, inventory, and process optimization.
Track project deliverables utilizing appropriate tools.
Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree is required (Supply Chain, Business or related field highly desirable).
Outstanding project management skills with a proven track record.
Strong leadership, analytical and partnering skills with demonstrated follow-through on execution.
3+ years of supply chain experience with a strong knowledge of supply chain operations, demand planning, and supply planning.
Good technical and business writing skills.
Demonstrated team-oriented leadership, decision-making, problem solving, organizational and systems-related skills.
Approximately 35% travel required.
