Description and Responsibilities
We are currently accepting resumes for production talent in our Owen, WI facility.
Efficiently operate all conveyors, pumps, grinders, fillers, and sealing equipment.
Weigh out ingredients and final product.
Accurately and legibly record all necessary production data, including batch sheets, labels, production logs, etc.
Interpret manufacturing specifications and lab results to insure product quality.
Monitor correct chemical usage.
Set up for Clean-In-Place (CIP), wash and sanitize the process line.
Investigate any downtime or other issues.
Duties vary by position.
Lift or move up to 50 pounds and in excess of 50 pounds with the aid of lifting equipment or co-workers.
Must read and comprehend written specifications in the English language.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Regular attendance and ability to work independently and with a team.
